Le vin fait toujours partie des fili\u00e8res bio les plus dynamiques avec une croissance de 22% des surfaces cultiv\u00e9es en bio par rapport \u00e0 2019.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-979f5fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"979f5fb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Les 7 chiffres sur le vin bio<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-82c1446 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"82c1446\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>17% des vignes fran\u00e7aises sont cultiv\u00e9es en bio en 2020<\/strong>, qu\u2019elles soient certifi\u00e9es ou en conversion. Le vignoble bio atteint 137\u00a0442 hectares.\u00a0<em>\u00ab<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>La vigne<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>se d\u00e9marque au sein des productions bio, avec une croissance remarquable de +22 % en 2020\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, note l\u2019Agence bio. L\u2019agence souligne aussi que la croissance s\u2019observe dans des vignobles\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0 o\u00f9 le bio \u00e9tait encore peu pr\u00e9sent tels que la Champagne, la Bourgogne et l\u2019Alsace\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. La viticulture se situe donc tr\u00e8s au dessus de la moyenne toutes productions bio confondues qui est de 9,5%.<\/p><p><strong>9 784 exploitations cultivent des vignes en bio en 2020<\/strong>\u00a0soit une progression de 21% par rapport \u00e0 2019. C&rsquo;est le plus fort taux de progression d&rsquo;exploitations cultivant en bio, avec les ol\u00e9agineux (+21%), les surfaces et cultures fourrag\u00e8res (+18%) et les fruits \u00e0 coques (+17%). \u00a0<\/p><p><strong>1,1 milliard d\u2019euros, c\u2019est le chiffre d\u2019affaires des vins bio en 2020<\/strong>, soit une progression de 13% par rapport \u00e0 2019, proche de la progression moyenne de l&rsquo;ensemble des achats de produits bio par les m\u00e9nages (+12%). La bi\u00e8re, cidres et autres alcools bio atteignent, eux, 75 millions d\u2019euros avec une tr\u00e8s forte dynamique (+34%) due \u00e0 la bi\u00e8re. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Une dynamique d\u00e9j\u00e0 enclench\u00e9e l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb, note l\u2019Agence Bio. Autre gagnant de cette ann\u00e9e Covid, les surgel\u00e9s bio (+29%).<\/p><p><strong>45% du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires des vins bio est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en vente directe<\/strong>. La puissance de la vente directe reste une sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 du vin bio par rapport aux autres fili\u00e8res bio. Les cavistes, \u00e9piceries fines (artisans-commerces) semblent avoir profit\u00e9 du contexte Covid avec une part de 23%. Ils devancent la grande distribution \u00e0 21%. Les distributeurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s bio totalisent 10%.<\/p><p><strong>9 %\u00a0des produits bio achet\u00e9s par les m\u00e9nages sont des boissons alcoolis\u00e9es<\/strong>. La part est stable par rapport \u00e0 2019.<\/p><p><strong>99% des vins bio et autres boissons alcoolis\u00e9es achet\u00e9s par les m\u00e9nages (en valeur) sont produits en France<\/strong>, selon les donn\u00e9es de l\u2019Agence bio. Un pourcentage d&rsquo;autosuffisance que ce secteur partage avec les \u0153ufs et les produits laitiers. Il est de 78% pour les l\u00e9gumes et 40% pour l\u2019\u00e9picerie et les boissons non alcoolis\u00e9es.<\/p><p><strong>L&rsquo;attrait du bio \u00e0 l&rsquo;export se confirme.
